Come Out to the eastern shore to move, play and relax along the Choptank River at the beautiful Anchorage Bed & Breakfast.
Our day will begin at 9:30 AM, with time to pour yourself a cup of tea and get settled. We’ll circle up at 10AM for introductions and opening meditation, followed by a 2 hour movement/YOga session.
Yoga will be held on the open air pavilion overlooking the cHoptank river.
A gormet Lunch will be served at 12PM. Lunch will cater to anyone who might have food restrictions or allergies.
The afternoon will be yours to play and rest as you wish. You’ll have access to the inn’s private beach, kayaks, hammocks and beach chairs. Fun games like corn hole, volleyball, croquet and bocci ball will be available for you to play and if you're feeling creative, you can draw or pain in the art room.
We’ll gather again at 3PM for a relaxing movement and meditation class, followed by a closing circle. Our retreat will officially end at 5PM, but you're welcome to stay a little longer and enjoy the beautiful space.
